CraftyCrew provides digital services including website development, app development, UI/UX design, brand identity, AI automation, and related digital solutions. Service details, timelines, and pricing are confirmed separately before work begins.
3. Project Requests
Submitting a contact form or strategy request does not create a confirmed project agreement. A project begins only after scope, timeline, pricing, and payment terms are agreed by both parties.
4. Quotes and Pricing
Any quote or estimate provided by CraftyCrew is based on the information available at that time. Pricing may change if the project scope, requirements, timeline, or deliverables change.
5. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing accurate project details, required content, brand assets, access credentials, feedback, and approvals on time. Delays in providing these items may affect the project timeline.
6. Payments
Payment terms are agreed before the project starts. Work may be paused if payments are delayed. Final files, launch access, or deliverables may be provided after agreed payments are completed.
7. Revisions
Revision terms depend on the agreed project scope. Additional revisions, major design changes, or new features outside the original scope may require additional cost and timeline.
8. Intellectual Property
After full payment, final approved deliverables created specifically for the client may be transferred to the client unless otherwise agreed. CraftyCrew may retain rights to reusable frameworks, tools, methods, internal processes, and non-client-specific assets.
9. Portfolio Usage
Unless agreed otherwise, CraftyCrew may showcase completed work in its portfolio, case studies, social media, or marketing materials. Confidential projects can be excluded if agreed in writing.
10. Third-Party Tools
Projects may involve third-party tools, hosting, plugins, APIs, payment gateways, analytics, email services, or external platforms. CraftyCrew is not responsible for outages, policy changes, or issues caused by third-party services.

12. Limitation of Liability
